Where is my order confirmation?

After placing your order, you will receive 2 emails:

  1. Order confirmation – immediately after your purchase is completed.
  2. Shipping confirmation – once your order has been dispatched.

If you have not received your order confirmation email, please check your Spam / Promotions / Updates folders.

Important: If you entered a phone number instead of an email address at checkout, you will not receive email updates.

In this case, please contact our customer service team and provide the email address you would like to add to your order. You will then receive your shipping confirmation with tracking details.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Order processing and dispatch usually take 2–3 business days after your purchase is placed.

Once your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes around 5 business days after your order has been processed.

If a product is out of stock, it may take an additional 2–3 business days.

We always do our best to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.

Can I change my delivery address?

If you made a mistake when entering your delivery address, you can change it as long as your order has not been shipped yet.

In some cases, minor address corrections may still be possible after dispatch.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes.
